TIE(TM) Computer based Training Authoring & Delivery

TIE(TM) is a training authoring system that makes the creation of computer-based training easier. Courseware developers can create interactive multimedia presentations by selecting and arranging small graphics symbols called icons. This authoring system is so easy to use, it allows even beginning programmers the power and flexibility of a programming language interface with the icon system. Training materials are deliverable on DOS, Dos/Windows, or UNIX X.11 Window systems.
